Shipping Policy for Truerapic

Thank you for shopping at Truerapic! We strive to deliver your purchases as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Methods and Charges
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs, including standard, expedited, and express shipping. The shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method chosen and the delivery address.
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-5 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 1-2 business days after processing.
Shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
2. Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After your order is processed, it will be shipped using the chosen shipping method.
- Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding major holidays.
3. Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO Addresses
We currently ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. However, certain shipping methods may not be available for these addresses. We recommend choosing a standard shipping method for P.O. Box deliveries.
4. International Shipping
Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- Shipping Areas: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not offer shipping to territories or countries outside of the U.S.
- Delivery Delays: Shipping times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your order’s progress through the shipping carrier’s website. If you have any issues with tracking, please contact us for assistance.
7. Shipping Damages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at (207) 639-2710 or email us at info@truerapic.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and arranging a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
8. Missed or Lost Shipments
If your package is not delivered within the expected time frame, please check the tracking information first. If it is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your local carrier and neighbors. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us immediately.
9. Delivery Issues
If there is an issue with the delivery of your order, please reach out to our customer service team. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
